Recording Devices Resolution

On September 11, 2023, Council passed the resolution below regarding devices capable of recording in common areas (e.g., video doorbells)  

• Under this resolution, installation of devices capable or recording or streaming common areas are not allowed.  

• Installation of recording devices in individual units is allowed, as long as they don't look out on common areas.
