The following board resolutions update the Rules and Regulations as adopted in 2018.  When finished, this set of resolutions will be combined into a new document.  In the interim, subsequent resolutions take precedence over earlier ones.

New resolutions are discussed at the Governance Committee.  Meetings are open to all owners who wish to participate.  Meetings are usually held via Zoom on the third Sunday of each month at 7 pm.  The exact dates can be confirmed on the public calendar.  

Owners are also invited to comment upon resolutions before they are passed.
