Vote on 2022 Budget

The 2022 budget meeting was held on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 7 pm via Zoom, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Voting was conducted online via OpaVote.

The vote was held from December 13 until December 27.

78 units voted, comprising 40.63% of all units and 41.3347% of weighted votes.

We can't see how anyone voted, but we can see which units voted. The following units voted:

Owners were asked to decide two questions in this vote.  First, whether to approve a budget of $1,633,758, and second, whether to include in that budget a special assessment of  $127,000 to fund urgently needed repairs to the garage.  

The first question was approved by 33.845% of the total ownership shares (81.881% of shares voting).  The second question was approved by 32.043% of total ownership shares (77.553% of shares voting).
